• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Non-returnable Items:

• Certain items such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases cannot be returned.

• Gift cards and downloadable software products are also non-returnable.

• Return Authorization:

• Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your item.

• Shipping:

• Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest shipping location.

• Arviny covers the cost of return shipping.

• We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Refunds:

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

• The credit will be applied within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
